Does Optixa provide trading tips or recommendations?

No. Optixa is a software analytics tool — it displays public market data (option chains, open interest, implied volatility) and lets you run your own calculations and screeners. It does not provide buy/sell recommendations, tips, or advisory services, and is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The full analytics suite — option chain, OI analysis, Greeks, charts, and market data — is free with no time limit. Paid plans add the journal, paper-trading and alert pipeline on top.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in period. Cancel from your account settings and you'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Do I need a broker account?

No. Optixa is a read-only analytics dashboard. We don't place trades or require broker login.

What are Telegram alerts?

You pick the symbols, the screener conditions, and a minimum severity — Optixa notifies you on Telegram when your configured conditions match. Alerts are your own screener output, not trade calls from us.

How is data sourced?

All market data comes from Upstox API (analytics token). Data refreshes every 5 seconds during market hours.
